We are launching this blog because we want to help medical students looking for advice and guidance on the high stakes journey to the residency of your choice. There are books about residency. There are online forums about residency. However, there is no blog written by residents and attendings that give you honest advice about how to get a residency. We are treading where no one has gone before and we hope it brings each and every one of you success. Our series of blogs will focus on the various specialties in medicine and surgery. Whether they be ultra-competitive or not as competitive, we know that inside each and every one of you is "the gunner" who wants to secure his or her residency of choice. We are all residents or attendings so we have been there and done that. We hope you support us by using our test products when they launch or by showing interest in our advertisers by clicking to their sites.
